NNeXsoft
About NeXsoft · Koblenz, brand since 2024

We build software that holds up.
For companies with real processes.

No buzzwords, no glossy slides. We build software for processes that today take more manual work than they need to — TypeScript throughout, hosted in the EU, with repository and infrastructure in your organisation.

Our mission

Software that works for people.

In most companies the most important process has grown rather than been designed. It is spread across Excel, email and three specialist systems, and the status of a case can only be established by asking around.

We build software that turns this process into a system: with one state, one responsible role and a traceable path. The application takes over the repetitive steps. The decision stays with a person, at a deliberately chosen point.

We believe good software makes life easier. Not more complicated.

Our path

Young company, clear direction.

We are not selling a 10-year story. We show honestly where we stand — and where we are going.

  1. 2024
    NeXsoft begins
NeXsoft starts as the software brand of SCHMITZ UNIVERSE in Koblenz — first projects of our own and prototypes.
  2. 2025
    Focus on AI workflows
The focus shifts to AI features laid over existing systems rather than replacing them. Our own technical basis for it is in place — requests to the language model run through an intermediary that does not store the content.
  3. 2026
    Public shop window
This website takes shape — with the technology disclosed, example systems and articles that show how we make decisions.
  4. Next step
    First client projects
We are actively looking for the first projects we may show as a real reference — with names, figures and approval.
Values

What we believe in.

Six principles we do not just hang on the wall — we apply them every day.

Outcomes, not feature lists

We do not deliver feature lists. We agree beforehand how success will be measured — and then build towards it.

Honest, always

If something will not work, we say so. If off-the-shelf software gets you there more cheaply, we recommend that. Trust grows out of plain speaking.

Build it solidly

Cleanly built code, a considered structure, automated checks before every change. What we deliver holds up. And you can develop it further yourself.

Pace without carelessness

We cut a project so that something usable stands in a real environment early on. Pace comes from focus — not from shortcuts.

Ownership stays with you

Code, designs, data — all of it belongs to you. No tie to us, no hidden licences. You can move on at any time.

Directly reachable

Email, video call or a slot in the calendar — directly with the person who does the development. Reply within 24 hours on business days, with no ticket system in between.

How we build

How we build.

These six rules apply to every project — regardless of its size.

  • 01
    The small screen first
What does not work on a phone does not go into operation — that is where the software gets used most
  • 02
AI where it earns its place
With every feature the question: does it really need AI, or will a clear rule do?
  • 03
    Speed
An application people wait for gets worked around — load time is a requirement, not a finishing touch
  • 04
    Readability
Code another team will understand a year from now — that is what decides whether you can change supplier
  • 05
    Security
GDPR-compliant, EU hosting, audit logs where roles are involved
  • 06
    Reuse
Building blocks you extend later instead of replacing — even if somebody else carries on

Speak directly with management

Ohne Zwischenstationen. You speak directly with management.

We listen for 30 minutes, ask a few pointed questions and tell you openly at the end whether — and how — we can help. If we cannot, you get at least two recommendations for who can.

  • 30 minutes, with no sales pitch
  • A concrete assessment of your project
  • A clear view of which project scope fits
