Technical Operations

Technical work rarely happens at a desk: at the machine, in the vehicle, at the customer, on site. The information needed there sits in a filing cabinet, in the ERP or in an experienced colleague's head. Software only helps in that situation if it keeps running without a network connection and does not turn documentation into a second job. This is software for technical and service processes, not an intervention in the plant technology itself.

    Machine, vehicle, location or device, each with its history, documents and responsibility. Everything else hangs off that decision.

    Manual, service history and work instructions should sit where the work happens and be found by the question being asked — not by the file name.

    Operation without a network connection

    The job should continue when the connection drops. How syncing works later and which rule applies to conflicting changes is settled before development starts.

    Capture instead of retyping

    A photo, a choice from predefined values, a short text note. The aim is for the report to be created during the work and not afterwards.
